Our Founders
When Martin and Claire founded their company in February 2020, they both already had years of experience as consultants—but in very different fields. While Martin comes from the world of IT, processes, data, and testing, Claire brings her expertise in cultural and communication consulting. They repeatedly realized: technical solutions don’t work without the people behind them—and good communication alone is not enough if processes and data are not right.
Our Idea
That’s why they decided to combine their strengths and build a company that takes a holistic approach. From the very beginning, their goal was not just to solve individual problems but to keep the big picture in mind—everything from strategy to technology to successful implementation. The service packages were designed to reflect this approach.
